jeetbajee's Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeetbajee platform and all its services. When you register, log in, or use any service on jeetbajee, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1 General Terms

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

3.2 Updating Personal Information

• If your registered details change, update them through account settings or by contacting the support team.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

• Another example: deposit ৳16,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit), giving you a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Bonus wagering requirement: 25 times (25x).
• For example, to withdraw a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets.
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance cannot be made before the wagering requirements are met.
• When betting with a bonus, some games may contribute less or more toward fulfilling the wagering requirements.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• jeetbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If abuse or strategic exploitation of the bonus system is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — specific terms apply to each bonus.
• VIP cashback (Bronze to Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly) is subject to separate terms.

6 Betting Rules

Slot games, live casino, cricket betting, and other games are available on the jeetbajee platform. The following rules apply to all bets:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• We reserve the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from technical errors.
• The results from the game provider's software or RNG (Random Number Generator) are final.
• In sports betting, only official scores and results are decisive; broadcast scores or third-party data do not apply.
• jeetbajee is not responsible for any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Official match statistics will be used for all sports betting, including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited, and a violation may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using false or forged identity documents.
• Bonus abuse: collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or attempting to exploit the system.
• Money laundering or depositing using illegal funds.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the game software.

8 Limitation of Liability

jeetbajee is not liable for the following:

• Service interruptions from third-party payment providers.
• Disruption caused by unexpected technical errors or server downtime — however, we are committed to resolving such issues promptly.
• Consequences of sharing your login credentials with someone else.
• Legal changes related to online gaming in your country or region.
• Unexpected emergency situations (Force Majeure) that are beyond our control.

In any dispute, jeetbajee's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by jeetbajee

• An account may be immediately suspended or permanently closed due to any violation of these terms.
• An account may be temporarily held during an investigation into suspicious activity.
• If an account is closed, verified legitimate funds will be returned after review.

9.2 Closure by User

• You may close your account at any time. Please contact the support team to do so.
• If all active bonus conditions are not met before account closure, the bonuses will be forfeited.
• For Self-Exclusion requests, we will take action immediately.
